UTTER bliss is what Jill Alphonso experienced on a recent five-day yoga retreat

classes, Jill took time to get tanned at the pool, got pampered with massages
at the spa, and savoured some healthy, delectable food. She shares her
experience, in photos, here.

You can't see much of my room here, but the smoke- and alcohol-free resort does
have free wifi access, making it easy to keep in touch with friends while
you're on holiday.
